Chicane Consulting was approached by a local small aerospace startup to help them improve a handful of processes as they were eager to depart from traditional process norms within the aerospace industry. Although leaders held diverse perspectives, a unified goal emerged—to cultivate processes adaptable to growth.

Initially, the focus was on their prototype development process, A preliminary assessment exposed a reality that effects most new startups—each individual within the organization was executing the process in a distinct manner.
